Joining the Band

The Band takes anyone over the age of 8 Years old. There is no upper age limit.

There is no requirement to be able to read Music or play an Instrument. We will teach you to read Music and train you to play an Instrument.

We will even provide you with an Instrument to start you off.

All this for £2.50 per week or £30.00 per quarter.

The Band has a Child Protection Policy in operation and also runs a Band Welfare Policy for all Members.

What do we do?

The Band is made up of 2 parts, a Marching and Concert Band. Ideally everyone would be part of both. However we will accommodate anyone. Anyone who can not play an Instrument will be trained before they are expected to take part in either part of the Band.
